TwoDrum support
TwoDrum is an iPhone app and a plug-in board that connects a twin-drum washing machine to your home Wi-Fi: wash progress, finish times and notifications on your phone.
Need help? Email twodrum@icloud.com. If something isn't working, open the app, go to the machine's page, then Advanced > Send diagnostics, and attach the file to your email. It contains no passwords or keys.
Common fixes
- The app can't reach the machine: make sure your phone is on the same Wi-Fi as the machine, and that TwoDrum is allowed to use the Local Network (iOS Settings > TwoDrum).
- Your Wi-Fi changed: on the machine's page, tap Wi-Fi changed? and follow the steps near the machine.
- New or lost phone: ask the machine's owner to send you an invite, or use the machine's own menu (SETTINGS > NEW OWNER).
- Removing the board: first use Restore original controller software in the app, then unplug the machine at the wall before opening it.
Safety: always unplug the washing machine at the wall before opening it or fitting anything.
